I just had to tell you, again, how fabulous your entire staff is, and I mean EVERYBODY, both am and pm! What a unique and incredible facility you have! Having been a VP marketing and customer services manager for Citicorp for 18 years and then having developed and managed SRP’s Corporate Service Quality program for 12 years, I have a pretty keen eye for quality service and Animal Health Services is at the top of my list! I am not quite sure how everyone keeps that great smile on their face, fabulous ”can do” attitude, and extraordinary professional expertise going all hours of the day and night, but the combination is a sure fire winner, at least in my book! As manager, I know you must hear your share of issues and problems, with few ”atta boy’s”…so, consider this note as commentary on a “job well done”!

“Maggie Mae’s skin and hair was falling out and flaky. She had bald patches and looked blonde instead of red. As a bulldog with allergies, we’re used to problems but this was out of control. Dr. Prevatt suggested we talk to Michelle in the Spa. After a phone consult with Michelle, we had an appointment so Michelle could take a look. Michelle was so informative about skin health, the products, the process, and ever so patient with an over protective mom like me. She answered every question with knowledge and explanations I fully understood. Maggie Mae has been with the Iv San Bernard products for several months now and her coat looks better than it ever has. She is as red as the day we brought her home as a baby! And soft! And I have yet to see another flake. Michelle followed up with us to make sure all was well. We love Michelle. Thanks to her, Maggie still has hair – and beautiful hair at that!!
Michelle is as wonderful as every other staff member at AHS. Dr. Prevatt has been a god-send but we love the entire team that comprises AHS. “Our first visit to AHS was a difficult one. We had been to two other vets and they all told us that my best friend George, a 7yr old schnauzer was terminal. However, they did it with such a lack of sensitivity that I still felt like I needed additional opinions. Dr. Lisa Lannen at AHS told us that he was terminal, but she was a caring person who understood our pain and sympathized. George mattered to her.
