What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment

When you know what you can expect from your first appointment it can help make the process smoother for both you and your pet.

Get Settled

We ask you to please arrive around 10 minutes early to complete our New Patient Form. If you would like to save time, you may fill out the New Client Form prior to your arrival online.

Meet Your Veterinarian

Someone from our team will go over your pet's history and talk about their condition. Feel free to ask any questions you have, and we'll reserve time to answer them.

Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment

After your pet's medical evaluation, we'll give you a diagnosis and provide you with treatment options. You will work together with your vet to establish a treatment plan for your pet.

Following your visit, our team will create a report of our diagnosis, the conversations we had with you, and your pet's treatment plan. We'll keep this information on file for when you require access to it.

We are proud to serve the pet parents of Cave Creek. We strive to provide you and your pet with high-quality veterinary service.

Our team is passionate about preventative care, client education, and offering comprehensive emergency and restorative care to the pets that need it.

AquaCrossings Pet Cremation Services

At Animal Health Services of Cave Creek, we are happy to partner with AquaCrossings Pet Cremation. They are a specialized service that provides a dignified and respectful way to say goodbye to your beloved cat or dog.

They offer a unique approach by using water-based cremation technology, also known as aquamation. It is an eco-friendly alternative to traditional flame-based cremation methods that results in clean and pure ash that can be returned to the pet owner. The process produces no greenhouse gas emissions and burns no fossil fuels.
