Online appt requests must be submitted 72 hrs in advance of requested time, please allow 24 hrs for a response. If you have a pet emergency please call us immediately at 480-488-6181. 

We are open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week for pet urgent care, critical care and emergencies. Routine veterinary services are offered by appointment during our daytime hours. M-Thur 8am-10pm. Fri 8am-5pm Sat 8am-11:30am.

HOSPITAL APPOINTMENTS: All routine veterinary appt requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. Every effort will be made to accomodate your appointment request. We will respond to your request within 24 hours Mon-Fri.

CANINE REPRODUCTION APPOINTMENTS: Requests must be submitted 3-5 days in advance for reproductive, pregnacy & neonate svcs. Breeding screening inquiry’s will be arranged depending on the procedure/test involved. The Canine Reproduction Consultant will contact you to confirm your appointment request. Reproductive visits will take place Mon-Fri. unless otherwise arranged by consultant.

SPA APPOINTMENTS: All Spa appointment requests must be submitted at least one week in advance. If you need an appointment sooner than one week, please call, we may have had a cancellation or still have openings. Spa visits are scheduled as drop-offs. AM GROOMING DROP-OFFS: Mon-Fri 8am-9:30am – Sat 8-8:30am – PM GROOMING DROP-OFFS: Mon-Thur 3pm-5pm (We can arrange an earlier drop-off however, the evening groomer arrives at 3pm) The groomer will call you when your pet is finished.
